My Journey with a diagnosis
In 1996 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that turned my life around. It led me to the world of Yoga and Meditation, which I have been learning and teaching since 1997. Being exposed to so many inspirational people, teachers and friends my world expanded into the vast landscape of many natural Healing modalities. In 2001 my training in Polarity therapy including Cranio-Sacral techniques saw my own personal growth expand even more. 2019 saw me become a Rapid Transformational Therapist and in 2021 I added Clinical EFT practitioner(Emotional Freedom Techniques). This learning and growing continues to this day, both on a personal and a professional level and will likely do so throughout my whole life. We are all a work in progress. A journey not a destination.
My approach
I support people to uncover, spend time with, get deeply acquainted with and embrace their innate wisdom to manifest health, wellness and balance, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I imagine a world where people are empowered and believe that they can have a profound impact on their lives on all levels, transforming themselves by making their own beliefs and harnessing the power of their mind and body, recognizing that their health and wellness is indeed an inside job.
